Parent(s) of the Year
Spending time with those who look after us regularly is something to be treasured. Through all the world’s uncertainties, a parent’s love is unconditional and secure.
They treasure and nurture us and give us a shining example of how to live our lives by always going the extra mile, however hard it may be, however ungrateful we may appear. This award is a chance for islanders to say thank you to those mums, dads, step-parents, foster parents or guardians who are out there. We know there will be some great stories to share.
