‘Their kindness and care went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble and you can tell how proud they are to do it,' said nominator Collette Moon.
‘They built meaningful relationships with both of my parents at Chateau du Village, making them feel safe and valued while making sure that we were also receiving support.
Ms Setim was delighted to learn of the nomination. 
‘It is like a big family, as we are around them all of the time and we do so many activities, everyone gets involved,’ she said. 
‘Gabriel is such a happy guy, we all help each other and do days out, he is a lot of fun for them to be around.
‘I think it is good for the residents to do normal activities, like going out and get coffee or doing some gardening, as everyone wants to get involved.’
