Waitrose Admiral Park

Waitrose’s deputy branch manager Keenan Washbourne spoke on behalf of the rest of the team at the store: ‘I am delighted that the team have been recognised for their work. 
‘We have such a nice community here as everybody gets along, which is presented through to the customers. 
Every day is different for the team at Waitrose, he said.
'We all really enjoy the variety as we are constantly doing something different and meeting lots of different people,’ said Mr Washbourne. 
The nominator, Rose Farish, commends the team for their excellent customer service. ‘All the staff have treated me so well.’ Mrs Farish is a regular customer to the store and uses the mobility scooter they offer when she shops. 
‘Waitrose is the only supermarket that has one,' she said.
‘The staff all help if I can’t reach something and you’re never told no if you can’t find something. They will always look and nobody will make me feel like a nuisance. 
‘Weekly grocery shopping is a chore but I come out of there feeling like I’ve been cared for and liked.’
