Travis Bain

Mr Bain has been working at Waitrose on the Rohais for six years, dealing with customers on a daily basis and assisting them with any needs. 
Described by his nominator, who wishes to remain anonymous, as an ‘extremely friendly man,’ Mr Bain never fails to make all his customers’ days that bit better.
‘He is so polite, friendly and helpful even when it is busy,’ said his nominator. 
‘Travis always has a smile on his face when he works.’ 
Mr Bain was very appreciative and taken aback when he heard the news of his nomination.
‘I am shocked and honoured,’ he said. He said that the best part of the job was 'chatting to customers and helping them while assisting them with anything,’ is what he described to be the most enjoyable part of his job.
‘Making people's day better is what I love.’
