Teresa Le Prevost

Teresa Le Prevost, who in the past year has started out in the carer industry after working in retail for 30 years, has been nominated for the Carer of the Year award. 
‘Teresa deserves the world, she is such a good carer,’ said nominator Rita Figueira.
‘She just goes the extra mile with her staff and clients, she helps as much as she can and she has great skills and knowledge for the job.’ 
Mrs Le Prevost said after working in retail for so long, she wanted a change and a challenge and she saw Sarnia Carers as the perfect fit. 
‘It is just so rewarding. I have one lady that I see every day and when you leave they are just so happy that you have gone to see them,’ she said. 
‘Some people are in their homes seven days a week, and having a visit makes such a difference. Doing this job has given me a whole new aspect of life now.’
