Scott Le Page

Mr Le Page has been an educator for 11 years and teaches Year 4 pupils at La Mare de Carteret Primary School. 
‘I am very appreciative to have been nominated, as it’s nice to know the work you put in is valued,’ said Mr Le Page. 
‘Seeing the children grow and flourish as they learn new skills,’ is what he describes to be one of the many highlights of the job. 
His nominator, Eleanor Perkins, praised Mr Le Page for going above and beyond this year as a teacher and for having the ability to ‘create a love for learning’.
Mrs Perkins’ son is taught by Mr Le Page and she constantly hears about the exciting lessons he has at school. ‘My son is loving his learning which is made so interesting by Mr Le Page. Not every lesson is easy for my son, or any child, but there are times where his creativity is encouraged and understood.
‘He is so thoughtful and takes time to see what can be done to support students. 
‘I know Mr Le Page will have this level of attention and care for all his students, present and future.’
