The team care for their clients by doing drop-in visits daily for companionship and medical care, delivering a high quality service to ensure that clients are satisfied. 
‘They never ask for recognition – they simply give their all because caring is not just about their job, it is who they are,’ she said. ‘Everyday our carers become a reassuring face, a listening ear, and for many people they are the highlight of their day.’ 
Teresa Le Prevost, administration manager at Sarnia Carers, said: ‘My favourite part of the job is making the client’s day. Our team has a personal connection with each client, it is not just a job for them.' 
The business started 11 years go, and offers multiple different types of care for the elderly and disabled, including meal prepping, managing medical plan, personal care and mobility. 
Mrs Le Prevost said that their job satisfaction daily is seeing the smile on the client’s face when they leave. They do hospital visits in their own time to ensure their client is well and comfortable, forming close bonds and making an impact on each client they see. 
‘The longer they can live at home, the longer they are happier,’ said Mrs Le Prevost.
