The team of nine work hard to ensure the smooth and timely processing of customers and their prescriptions. 
‘This is incredible. I’m blown away,’ said pharmacy manager Jon Wright. ‘The team is incredibly hardworking.’
The pharmacy team was nominated for their ability to successfully handle frequent busy rushes in the pharmacy. 
‘The team was so good, they calmly dealt with it all,’ said their nominator, who wishes to remain anonymous. 
‘I was amazed at how they managed to stay so calm and keep everyone else calm too. It was good to see.’ 
‘They are always helpful,’ they added. 
Mr Wright said: ‘It’s incredibly hectic sometimes. 
‘We aim for service with a smile and to be as efficient as possible so people don’t have to wait. If we’re able to go the extra mile, we do.
‘I can only thank the team for the work they put in.’
