About
Natalie Le Prevost has been nominated for the award for her work as a key worker with Action for Children Guernsey.
Miss Le Prevost has been with the charity since the summer of 2021, recently being promoted to manager of the housing team.
‘I enjoy the one-to-one work with people,’ said Miss Le Prevost.
She particularly enjoys seeing the young people she currently works with - and has worked with - develop and grow.
Natalie’s role involves managing 13 training flats, supporting the young people with finding accommodation and developing life skills as well as providing general support.
‘From the moment that she became my key worker, she has always gone above and beyond to make sure that I felt supported, listened to and safe,’ said nominator Leanne Sarre.
‘Her support, care, and belief in me gave me something to hold onto when I needed it most.
‘Without people like Nat, many young people would find it much harder to get through the challenges they face.
‘The difference she makes every day, through the work she does and the person she is deserves to be recognised.
‘For her dedication, selflessness, and the life changing support she provides to young people, I believe Nat is truly deserving of this award.’
