Naomi McCreight

Mrs McCreight is the additional learning needs coordinator and lower school lead at Vauvert Primary and has been working there for three years. 
‘Caring and calm’ Mrs McCreight was nominated by Chloe Nash, who applauded her for the support and attention she showed her daughter at the school when she had faced changes in her family situation.
‘She constantly checks in and helps my daughter in whatever way she can,’ said Ms Nash.
‘It’s not just the children she cares for but the whole family.’ 
Mrs McCreight offered the family further support services, as well as coping mechanisms at home and at school. 
‘I would be lost without her. You know you can go to her with no judgement.’ 
‘Giving out a strategy and seeing the children apply it and improve is such a lovely thing to see,’ said Mrs McCreight. 
‘I am a parent myself and I strive to give out the same respect and care that I would like my children to receive.’ 
‘I adore every child in this school. I work with a fantastic bunch.’
