Krystal Mallett

Miss Mallett is a healthcare support worker on the Crevichon Ward at the PEH. The ward focuses on adult psychiatric care and Miss Mallett has been working there for two years.
‘I sit with patients to make them feel better – I’m their listening ear,’ Miss Mallett explained. 
‘It’s worth it to see people come out their crisis and look forward to the future. 
‘It’s nice knowing that we make a difference in their lives.’ 
Miss Mallett was nominated by co-worker Connie Davis who has been working on the ward for a year. 
‘She’s amazing, she always has been,’ said Miss Davis. 
‘She has an eye for detail, and she goes the extra mile.
‘She deserves the nomination because she ensures smooth running of the ward, and she spends a 
lot of time on the floor supporting the nurses
and the patients,’ she added.
