Healthcare Pharmacy St Martin’s has been nominated for the award for its work as staff delivering excellent customer service. 
‘The satisfaction of customers is so important to keep them coming back,’ said nominator Roy Sarre. 
‘I think working in a retail job is an incredibly important job, having worked in retail my entire life too.’ 
Healthcare Pharmacy St Martin’s opened up in 1999 and has been a part of the local network delivering service to residents for decades. 
‘Our customers are super kind and patient with us, always happy and willing to wait as they enjoy the atmosphere in there,’ said manager, pharmacist and super intendent Noemi Varadi who spoke for the entire team. 
‘We provide medicines over the counter for nursing homes, like Blanchelande Park, and local residents. 
‘I have been a pharmacist since 2003, and have worked with this company for the past four years now and I love it.’
