Hari Sharan Luitel

Mr Luitel works at Morrisons as an assistant manager and rotates around stores on the island. 
Originally starting out as a customer assistant, Mr Luitel joined the company in 2022. 
Mr Luitel has received multiple nominations for his dedication and hard work towards his job. One nominator, who wishes to remain anonymous, described his service as ‘consistently going above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves satisfied’.
‘He approaches every interaction with a friendly smile and a positive attitude, even during the busiest and most challenging times,’ they added.
Mr Luitel was honoured to have been nominated for his customer service. 
‘I am surprised to be receiving this nomination.
‘I have always enjoyed helping customers out and making sure they can find everything they need.’
His nominator added: ‘Hari is a great team player.
'He is always supporting his colleagues to maintain high standards across the stores while making a real difference to the shopping experience.'
‘I work closely with the teams at the stores and they are all great,’ said Mr Luitel.
