Daniel Faluta

Christies Group operations manager Daniel Faluta has been nominated for the award by Gemma Hamon.
‘My boys have suspected autism and appreciate it when people go the extra mile for them, which happens when we see Daniel at Crabby Jacks,’ she said.
‘We know that it is a safe and welcoming place. 
‘He once stood up for us after someone complained about my boys being too loud when they were excited. He told them it was a children’s restaurant so noise was to be expected. He then phoned us after to check in.
‘He’s just really the nicest guy you could ever meet, if we see him out and about he will come and say “hi” – the boys just love him.’
Upon hearing of his nomination, Daniel said it was ‘unexpected’ but that he was very proud. 
‘I’m always trying to provide the best service for the customers,’ he said. 
‘I’m proud that it’s a place that people come to and bring their children as I always try to be positive, and to spread my positivity to both my staff and customers.’
