The ‘conscientious and attentive’ pair were nominated by Chara-Leigh Le Poidevin for their extraordinary service in the planning and execution of her ‘truly unforgettable’ wedding this April. 
‘After two event managers left mid-planning, we felt defeated, but Bronwyn restored our faith from day one,’ said Mrs Le Poidevin. 
‘Her thoughtful ideas and calm guidance gave us confidence. She wanted us to be a part of every step of the process,’ she added. 
‘I had no nerves on the day as I knew Bronwyn had it under control.’
Mr Gordon anticipated the couple’s every need on the day while solving last-minute details. 
‘Sean even missed the football that evening to make sure the cutting of the cake and first dance went smoothly. From start to finish he was there for everything,’ she said. 
The pair have been working in hospitality since they were 16 years old and were honoured to have been nominated for the award.
‘It means the world to be recognised for doing the job that I love,’ said Mr Gordon. ‘I love making guests happy and I love that every day is different. 
Miss Anderson felt grateful that her work is valued. 
‘Coordinating events gives me the chance to create meaningful experiences, whether it’s a seamless corporate function or a once-in-a-lifetime wedding. 
‘Being nominated means so much to me. 
'It reminds me of why I choose to continue doing what I do.’
