Ace Elite Cheerleading coaches

Ace Elite Cheerleading is a volunteer-led and non-profit organisation that dedicates time and hard work behind the scenes to ensure all members can enjoy cheerleading and showcase their skills. 
Their nominator, who wishes to remain anonymous, praises the coaches for the countless hours of time that they give up to make sure the training sessions happen. ‘They work so hard planning routines and looking at different fundraising ideas,’ they said. 
The team is planning on competing in their first-ever competition weekend soon. This means that the coaches and admin team have had to work extra hours planning fundraising events to help with the costs and make this possible. 
‘It’s often hard to find sponsors as people see cheerleading as just waving pom-poms, which is far from that,’ said Becky Bailey, the team’s head coach. 
The team were very appreciative of the nomination. ‘We are all very proud and extremely grateful. 
‘As coaches we all have cheerleading backgrounds and love seeing the bonds that are made between athletes. We coach because cheer has really helped us all by making new friends, building our confidence and creating lasting memories.’
